Isometric strength development and injury prevention identified. Testing and evaluation of athletic speed and agility. Passive muscle flexibility quantified. Passive muscle function measured. Muscle Composition/structure and tendon health identified through ultrasound imaging. A total of 60 body measurements. Testing of imbalance between left and right, front to back. Kanga Tech testing identifies a number of neuromuscular deficits that can target and improve critical parameters such as control, hypertrophy, endurance, pain modulation and time under tension. Compilation of data to develop comprehensive athletic profile in support if personalized training plan.
